PLRP-S 300Å 8µm 50X4.6MM is an Agilent PLRP-S polymeric reversed-phase column uses hydrophobic PS/DVB particles with no bonded phase, no silanols, and no heavy metal ions, giving highly reproducible polymeric reversed-phase performance.
This configuration combines 300 Å pore size, 8 µm particle size, and 50 x 4.6 mm format. PLRP-S offers broad chemical stability, including tolerance to aggressive cleaning and regeneration conditions, which can support long column life in demanding biomolecule methods.
