This configuration combines Bonus-RP chemistry, 5 µm particle size, guard format for front-end column protection, preparative-oriented geometry, and 2/pack configuration. Bonus-RP chemistry is often chosen when standard C18 phases do not provide enough retention for early-eluting polar analytes.
