Agilent Bio SEC-3, 300Å, 4.6x50mm, guard is an Agilent Bio SEC-3 size exclusion column packed with 3 µm silica particles coated for biomolecule SEC separations, giving high efficiency and high resolution for size-based analysis.

This configuration combines 300 Å pore size, 4.6 x 50 mm format, and guard format for front-end column protection. Bio SEC-3 columns are intended for aggregate and fragment analysis of proteins, peptides, and related biomolecules where size-based separation must remain reproducible.
