Unlike conventional TFE tube reactors, the Model 310 PCR reactor will not rupture at high temperatures and pressures. Available in 0.15 mL, 0.4 mL, 0.5 mL, 0.75 mL, 1.0 mL, 1.6 mL, 2.0 mL and 3.5 mL cartridge volumes to allow for maximum flexibility for all post column applications. Please contact us for custom size cartridges. Pull-out oven compartment allows easy access to reactor cartridges. Provides stability to 0.5 °C and thermal safety cutoff. We recommend using a 10 µL or 25 µL binary mixer tee to mix reagent with column effluent. The 10 µL mixer allows minimum dispersion and the 25 µL mixer allows maximum mixing.
