250-2000UHP is an ASI replacement check valve cartridge for a 1/8" ball configuration.

The PrimeLine In-Line check valve incorporates many of the innovations of our HPLC self-priming replacement check valves. It is a rapid-closure cartridge valve that features very low resistance to flow, low internal volume, and operates independently of gravity. It features crush-proof construction. The valve may be used whenever flow needs to be restricted to one direction. Applications include prevention of post column derivatization fluids from back-flowing into the column in the event of mobile phase pump failure.

1/8" ball cartridge is protected from solvent contamination by a .250" diameter x .062" thickness 10 micron frit. If you see a large pressure drop across the valve with 1/8" ball cartridge version when you run at a very high flow rates, for example at 100 mL/min.
