MicroTight Fittings & Sleeves
IDEX MicroTight® fittings and sleeves are designed for reliable, low-volume connections in capillary and microfluidic flow paths—ideal for use with NanoPort™ and MicroTight unions, adapters, and inline microfilters. These components support clean, repeatable seals with 360 µm OD tubing, 1/32" OD tubing, and MicroTight tubing sleeves, helping you build consistent connections where precision matters.

Tech Tip
While MicroTight female nuts may be used with any of the separate MicroFerrules,
the MicroFerrules are port-specific and are not interchangeable. Additionally, one-piece MicroTight fittings
are also port-specific and should not be exchanged.

Selecting the Correct Sleeve
To use these sleeves properly, choose a sleeve with an inner diameter
0.001" – 0.002" (25 – 50 µm) larger than the outer diameter of your capillary tubing.
