By integrating the ferrule directly into the luer body, LuerTight fittings securely grip tubing while maintaining a compact, low-profile design.

Designed for quick connect and disconnect workflows, LuerTight fittings are ideal for sample introduction, fluid transfer, and lab-on-a-chip applications where ease of use and repeatable connections matter. Inline LuerTight configurations allow fast disconnection without disturbing downstream components, making them both economical and efficient compared to traditional nut-to-luer adapters.

LuerTight fittings are intended for use exclusively within the LuerTight product family. Combining them with non-LuerTight luer components may result in improper or unreliable connections.

Luer-to-MicroTight® Adapters extend the LuerTight platform by enabling direct connection of standard male luer syringes to 360 Âµm OD capillary tubing. Manufactured from biocompatible PEEK, these adapters add as little as 14 nL of additional volume to the flow path and include MicroTight fittings for precise, zero-dead-volume alignment—ideal for microfluidic and chip-based systems.
