Idex Flangeless Fittings
Chrom Tech offers a complete selection of IDEX (Upchurch Scientific®) flangeless fittings for dependable, leak-resistant connections to flat-bottom ports in HPLC, UHPLC, and general fluidic transfer applications. With multiple materials, geometries, and thread/port styles, these fittings make it easy to match chemical compatibility, pressure requirements, and installation preferences—while maintaining consistent, repeatable connections.
Flangeless 1/4-28 Fittings

Upchurch Scientific® 1/4-28 flangeless fittings support a broad range of tubing connections for standard chromatographic and laboratory flow paths. Select from multiple nut geometries to improve access in tight spaces, reduce overtightening, or optimize grip. For applications where vibration can loosen fittings, the P-312 Lock Nut can be used with any 1/4-28 male flangeless fitting to help maintain a secure connection over time.
Metric Flangeless Fittings
- For 1/16", 1.8 mm, 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, 3.0 mm, 4.0 mm, or 1/8" OD tubing
- Ideal for M6 flat-bottom ports and metric tubing connections
- Mix-and-match ferrules and nuts to match your port thread (M6, 1/4-28, or 5/16-24)
Upchurch Scientific® metric flangeless ferrules are designed to connect metric OD tubing to flat-bottom ports when paired with the appropriate flangeless nuts. Chrom Tech also offers M6-threaded nuts for 1/16" and 1/8" OD tubing connections, plus a tubing sleeve to facilitate 1.0 mm ID tubing assemblies.
