Agilent J&W Select Permanent Gases/CO2 columns are a dual-column configuration engineered to deliver accurate, efficient separation of permanent gases and carbon dioxide in a single GC run. This system pairs two highly complementary phases—CP-Molsieve 5Å for the resolution of permanent gases such as hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, methane, and carbon monoxide, and CP-PoraBOND Q for precise CO2 quantitation without adsorption or peak distortion.
Designed for fast, reliable separations, the optimized column dimensions support high-sensitivity analysis and low-level quantification, including challenging argon/oxygen splits that require tight peak shape control and repeatable retention behavior. Each column set is factory-coupled, fully conditioned, and performance-tested to ensure consistent results across laboratories and instruments.
