Help! My Chromatography Vials are on Backorder!

As we all know, supply chain issues continue to cause issues in the lab. We’ve noticed an increase in people reaching out to see if we have certain vials in stock because they’re on backorder elsewhere. If you’re reading this, you’re already one step closer to finding an in-stock option from us.

What Vials are on Backorder?

Although this seems like an easy question, the answer seems to keep changing from day to day. We know there have been issues with vials across the board, from many different vendors all over the country. At Chrom Tech, we keep stock of many different types of vials. This means that even when one brand of vial may be out of stock or on backorder, we often times have a replacement version available.

How to Determine if the Vials are Appropriate Substitutes

That’s where we come in! Our team is happy to help determine appropriate substitutions, whether that’s something as simple as finding the same vial with or without a graduated marking spot, in amber (vs. clear), or a different brand of the same vial type. We’ve got options and we will do our best to work within your needs. We can’t guarantee we’ll have a vial in stock for every customer, but we are more than happy to see what we can do to get vials to you as fast as possible.

What if I’m an international customer (outside of the U.S.A.)?

You’re in luck! We’re able to ship our Chrom Tech brand vials outside of the United States. Even though some of the supplies we distribute are only allowed to be shipped to laboratories within the U.S.A. our Chrom Tech brand chromatography vials, syringe filters, well plates, and HPLC pumps can be shipped anywhere worldwide.
