Sales Tax on Purchase of Chromatography Supplies
Chrom Tech's Policy on Sales Tax in the United States
Orders for delivery in the states of Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Dakota, Virginia and Wisconsin are assessed sales tax. The total of the merchandise cost and shipping charges are assessed applicable state and local sales tax. Due to the complexity of sales tax calculations, the sales tax amount added after the order is reviewed by Chrom Tech customer service. If your organization is exempt from sales tax, please contact Chrom Tech so we can work with you individually to process your order without sales tax.
Chrom Tech is not responsible for the payment of any use tax, sales tax, excise tax, duty, custom, or any other tax, fee or charge of any nature imposed by any governmental authority, with the sole exception of any sales taxes invoiced and collected from you by Chrom Tech. All other such charges (if any) must be paid by you separately and in addition to the prices quoted or invoiced.

Chrom Tech's Payment Policies
Terms of payment are net 30 days or credit card, F.O.B. shipping point. A 1.5% per month (18% A.P.R.) service charge is added to delinquent accounts. All prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx or common carrier unless otherwise instructed. Web orders are subject to review. If there are any discrepancies, you will be contacted.
Credit Card Verification
All credit cards will be verified to prevent fraudulent use. As part of this review we require the billing address of your credit card. The billing address of your card is the address that your monthly statement is mailed to. It is important that you provide us with this address correctly because we use this address in our verification process. We may need to call or email you to further clarify any questions we may have.
